The concept brought retrospective facilitation, synthesis, and searchable access into one place so teams could work from prior learning rather than starting over each time.
It was designed to help teams surface common patterns, revisit recurring themes, and build stronger future work from earlier experience.
What it made possible
- Made retrospective learning easier to capture and revisit
- Helped surface patterns across prior efforts
- Supported more informed planning for future initiatives
